Privacy policy
Ramos Elite Properties explains here what we collect when you use ramoseliteproperty.com, the chat on this site, the phone, WhatsApp, or a showing request.
What we collect
We collect your name, phone number, email address, the property you are interested in, your budget, and your timeline.
Those details come through the web chat, by phone, on WhatsApp, and when you book a showing.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you and to schedule showings. We do not sell it.
How we store it
We store it securely. Only Ramos Elite can use it, and only to reply to you and arrange a showing.
Google user data
You do not sign in with Google. The only Google account connected to this site is the Ramos Elite account.
The application uses Gmail only to send lead notices from that account, and Google Calendar only to manage showing calendars for that same account.
This use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not transfer it except as needed to send those notices, manage those calendars, or comply with the law. People at Ramos Elite read lead notices and showing times only to respond to you and schedule a visit.
